I am so thrilled and grateful that Magnetic is out for you all to hear! The song was written after an extremely hard breakup I went through. Last year, in Nashville I was dating a guy that I thought was so special. I was head over heels for him. Yet, unfortunately that didn’t last. 

When it ended, I was devastated. You know that awful feeling of when you love someone but they are not good for you. It’s such a strong connection, filled with love and passion. It’s hard because we often mistake that for healthy love. I believe that love is about respect, it’s built over time and it starts with a strong foundation. 

I knew I loved that guy but I couldn’t be with someone who didn’t respect me, care for me or enjoy just hanging out. 

So, after the breakup, I got together with my two friends, @Daniellaofficial and @nikki.Lickstein to create some magic. I poured my heart out to them both and we got to writing! Thus, Magnetic was born! It was the most beautiful, cathartic and magical moment to see my experience brought to life. I never thought I would have the courage to be this vulnerable. I typically share my positive moments only online(sprinkled in with a few #realstagram moments) yet I wanted to put this song out there. 

I truly hope you enjoy Magnetic and that it touches you. My goal with this song is to help those in the breakup phase and let you know that you’re not alone.
